Discretionary Fund Management

 

Upper decile performing discretionary fund managers offering a low cost, high performing, low risk solution to the cautious investor who is looking to maximise the returns on investment whilst taking the lowest possible risk.

 

These typically come in the form of model portfolios, OEICS, and bespoke fund management. Specifically tailored for the UK IFA facilitating growth strategy in their own business.

 

Allow the IFA influence over the make up of portfolios and an unparelled degree of control. 

Convertible Loan VCT 
 

 

This VCT aims to provide investors with strong returns and tax benefits whilst limiting downside risk via a charge over assets.

Investment will be made into AIM or pre-IPO companies that demonstrate a clear growth strategy providing minimum returns of 8 – 10% per annum from interest payments.

Any conversion to equity will deliver a greater return than this figure.

 

This investment structure enhances the potential for significant capital preservation with 90% of funds invested in secured debt compared with the equity risk found in the majority of VCTs.

Solar EIS 

 

 

 

Although UK solar no longer qualifies for EIS, we believe the same low risk asset backed returns can be found overseas.This EIS will build, develop and operate solar farms with a planned exit in 3 years via an asset sale.

 

This will provide investors with the tax benefits of an EIS whilst investing in a high growth market where we expect total returns of 55%.

Hedge Fund

Our partner hedge firm is part of a multi billion dollar US giant with an experienced team of seasoned professional with backgrounds from some of the largest and most reputable firms in the world​.

 

THe fund has delivered cumulative returns of over 20% since inception.

 

They are forecasting an upcoming sustained period of outperformance

They were highly commended at the HFM awards 2015

2015 performance is +4.26% (Jan and Feb YTD) and a further 3.50% gross for March already

Direct Lending

If your client registers their interest in providing capital on a deal by deal basis we can deliver returns of up to 14% per annum. They will need to make more than £200,000 available with 48 hours of notification. The borrower provides security in the form of property. We lend on a 75% LTV ratio if we take a 1st charge, and 65% LTV if we take a second charge (based on equity). The property is valued by a RICS qualified surveyor and the valutaion is covered by their Professional Indemnity insurance policy.

 

The brokers solicitor will hold the charge on the property directly in the name of the person providing funds. 

Lending Fund

This fund allows you to deposit client capital for a fixed rate of return based on the length of time their capital remains invested. The fund takes a first charge over (usually) an unencumbered property asset. If the borrower defaults the asset is repossessed and sold at aution with significant penalties. As an investor, you are protected against bad valuations by PI cover from a RICS qualified surveyor. The turstees of the fund are a large UK law firm.

 

Interest is paid quarterly and rates of reurn are:

 

12 months - 8% fixed

24 months - 10% fixed

36 months - 12% fixed
